As a teacher and Rabbi with a degree from Yeshiva University and a Master’s in Education from Ferkauf Graduate School, Aaron has devoted his career to the study and practice of ethics and education. He has served as a teacher, principal, and chairman in private schools, as well as a Rabbi for several different congregations.
Continuing his passion, Aaron founded Learning Guard’s parent company, LHM Applications Sales, in June 2014, and continues to give lectures and sermons. He is also the owner and CEO of Aaron Possick Jewelers, and has served on the boards of the Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa Research Association of, and the Epidermolysis Bullosa Medical Research Foundation.
Director of Quantitative analysis
Dov is a data scientist specializing in the analysis of police, fire and ambulance data. He has taught mathematics, statistics and physics at DeVry, Drew and Rutgers universities. Over the years, he has used applied mathematics and statistical methods to improve uniform crime reporting, charged particle systems, computer graphics, wireless communications networks, and actuarial models for insurance companies.
As a member of INFORMS and the MAA, he has given presentations at many regional, national and international conferences to a wide range of audiences: from undergraduates, to graduate students, to fellow academics. He holds a Ph.D. in mathematics from Rutgers University and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and physics from Yeshiva University.
